We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your pet to request a return.
First Option Via Air Cargo.
The Air Cargo option will require your monkey to be picked up at the international airport closest. Although the flights can be arranged as multiple stop flights, we do not recommend this way of shipping as it puts too much stress and fatigue to the monkey.
Payment Refunds Policy
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return for our pets, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process and post the refund into your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us to confirmed you have receive your refundable payment
